The mission of WilxCloud TS is to close this gap, and provide proper training and knowledge, so you can quickly and adequately take advantage of these critically essential tools. We alleviate the fear that has sadly become so commonplace in todays high-tech world.
Additionally, for far too long, there has been a gap between Information Technology and business management. No matter the size of your business, it needs to be at the forefront of it's industry to be successful. This separation must be eliminated with the understanding that IT drives your business and it's strategy. The business mission of WilxCloud TS is to bridge this gap by offering a shared commitment to strategy and its delivery by driving the IT Governance framework which is integral to innovation and aligning corporate governance.
WilxCloud TS is not so much a new company, as it is a re-branding of an older company, Connect Force, that operated between 2000 - 2012.
The passion, commitment and mission has fully transferred and has never wavered. Enveloped in pride in always putting the customer 1st for over 35 years in different industries, and delivering an exceptional quality of service, WilxCloud TS will continue to do so, with continued success.
We are dedicated and focused to help the people and businesses in our communities within BC's Gold Country and along the Gold Rush Trail. While the territory and way of life is vastly different, compared to the big city of Toronto, operating in the smaller, quaint communities, has only strengthened our commitment and steers our focus on the people and local businesses, so that we can strengthen and unify our communities together.

With over 25 years experience working within both private and public sectors, and an additional 15+ years within the customer service industry, promises a "customer first" mindset.
Additionally, obtaining and promoting a hybrid skillset to manage both business and IT strategy sets the stage for elevating your business to the next level and contributing to enhanced productivity and successful delivery of your organizations goals and objectives.
Effective communication and listening (they are one) has always been the #1 priority for myself, whether speaking to individuals, departments or other board members. Knowing how to communicate and provide swift understanding, without the typical technical IT jargon, is something I take great pride in. Being present, attentive, involved, proactive, highly communicative, respectful and understanding, is essential to be successful at what you do and is the stepping stone to providing exceptional service.
When instilling this creed to fellow IT professionals, staff, teams or departments that I train or work with, I see such a transformation in themselves and with those that surround them. Their passion strengthens and the drive to do even better becomes infectious, and, even more importantly... respect has been earned.
